I am now 68 years old and about 3 years ago I was rushed to the ER with internal bleeding. A failed surgery and months of in and out of the hospital and my body withered away and my weight dropped from 175 lbs to 129 lbs. Unable to eat for 6 months I was put on a feeding tube and a second surgery stopped the bleeding.

I began walking and started with light exercise and then decided to join a gym and start working out. I try to work out 2-3 times a week and today I am back on my fishing boat and a healthy 170 lbs. Please see the enclosed a picture of me this past summer, not bad for a old guy.

I enjoy reading your page and all the information you provide. Thanks for your help in helping me to get back and be strong and healthy.
