Exercise Demonstrations
on Video

Discover exercise demonstrations for great full body workouts that require only minimal equipment. In fact, your own bodyweight and some dumbbells are really all that is needed. Of course barbells, benches and other training items are a must for power lifters and competition bodybuilders. But for most people, little more than a set of dumbbells and knowing the right combination of exercises are all that's needed for workouts that burn fat and build strength and muscle.

Plus, with minor adaptation, most dumbbell exercise movements can be duplicated with barbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, or exercise machines. Each has its strong points and, depending on your circumstances, one resistance method may work better for you than the others. I have used them all. But if I had to choose one, I think dumbbells are the most versatile and effective, in most instances.

Each of the exercises listed below is demonstrated in a short video. If a still picture is worth a thousand words, a video must be worth 10 times that. And they're free.
