I am 67. Have had three back surgeries, surgery on both knees, torn biceps and torn triceps. Still manage to workout with weights, do stretching and cardio. My cardio is a combo of Heavyhands training and barefoot running. I use Merrill barefoot running shoes. This way of running allows me to run after the knee surgeries. Diet is low carbohydrate, high fat and high protein with a lot of vitamins.
