My Lil' Fitness Corner

I've always loved working out. It was my way of doing things naturally since I was not exposed to nor encouraged to do so. In my late 20's, I simply walked vigorously and did bodyweight exercises. In my 30's and 40's, I lifted weights, moderately and cycled. But then I decided to actually get a certification to allow me to openly teach others. At 52, I went back to bodyweight exercises but more challenging ones for women. I do the Leslie Sansone programs and some other cardio, like, step-ups with a 12" (to pass the outdated fitness test for work). I discovered Gray Iron when I turned 50 and look forward to each email that comes! Bravo Gray Iron Bravo!
