My daily exercise routine.

I first started weight training over 50 years ago; in fact I still use some of the dumbbells I first bought from Ben Weider, and still have two of the benches.
Through the years I never stopped weight training but went through several periods when I didn’t train that much. But when I turned 65, I was retired; I started weight training again on a regular basis.
I have always been a bike buff, so I have four bikes that I also use on a regular basis, except my downhill bike, which my doctor convinced me wasn’t a good thing to do anymore because I’m 75.
My daily routine is a 20 km bike ride at 6:30 am; I start out earlier when first light gets better, which is followed by two 40 minute workouts in my home gym. I have a Northern Lights weight and pulley machine, a flat bench press machine, an inclined bench, along with a leg exercise sled; and also an assortment of barbells and dumbbells.
