As i hit the big 60 i have been training for around 48 years. My training has changed from being very full on to now being greedy for my time 3 to 4 times a week.

I am not into times as its my time.

My work out is to warm up 5 minutes with stretching and hit the bike for 12k. Arrive at beach and do my running work out 15 minutes, finish with stretching. Tog down and hit the sea water for around 5 minutes. Tog in take a few minutes to take meditate just what is around me. Enjoy and live the moment.

Back on bike head home. Finish with some more stretching.

This is my time and I am greedy for my time.

Great workout

What a great workout you have. Sounds like you are half your age and I admire your endurance. Also I admire your meditation after your workout simply enjoying your surroundings. Keep up the good work.
