How many times have we all heard this? I am 84 year old guy. Many years ago I had realized that without good health, both physical and mental, I could not take care of my wife, family, and friends. In other words I would be a burden to someone. With this in mind I work out with weights, bands, stretching, yoga, walking, bike riding, meditation, daily positive reading, a good diet and my Bible. My daily goal is 60 minutes per day to reach and keep my health. I know lm worth this for me and others.
