Lifelong athletics....just keep on going

by Diane Bierwagen
(Northern California)

Hello, I'm been involved in athletics my whole life, and being a senior so far hasn't stopped me. I walk, jog, hike, do jazz dance, and play volleyball. I've done all these exercise loves for many years, and thanks to good health, I just keep on going. I'm mostly vegan, which means lots of veggies, fruit, nuts, snacks like homemade, unsalted corn chips, cereal with carob powder and raisins, and on and on. I'd like to meet kindred souls through this site. If you'd like to know more about my exercising, and/or recipes and food sources I've developed along the way, feel free to email me. I'd like to know about you.
