Ruth Hale turns 109!

by Nicole Russo
(Brick NJ)

My name is Nicole Russo. I am a professional singer/dancer and personal trainer. I created a seated, singing exercise program which is performed daily in various senior and nursing homes in NJ. One of my best exercisers just turned 109. This video shows her dancing to "All that Jazz" and the "Hand Jive". She believes that daily exercise is the most important thing and tries to encourage others to exercise with her.

I love your website. You are a baby compared to many of my dancing seniors!!!
